Welcome to Hunter Wake Co! By booking a session, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1. All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
1.3. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required for multi-day packages.

2. Booking Types

A. 2 Day Weekend Package

Deposit & Payment

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

   • A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, regardless of the reason.

   • The amount paid at the time of booking is a deposit only and secures your booking.

2. Full Payment Requirement for multi day booking

   • The full balance (total amount minus the deposit) must be paid no later than 5 days prior to your scheduled booking time.

   • Failure to make full payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.

3. Booking Confirmation & Guest Details

   • After selecting your preferred booking time, Hunter Wake Co will contact you to confirm details, including the number of participants.

   • Please ensure that all details are accurate, as changes may not be accommodated at short notice.

   • If Hunter Wake Co cancels due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

b. All other bookings 2,4,6 and 8 hour

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.

• If Hunter Wake Co cancels due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. Safety & Participant Responsibilities

3.1. All participants must follow the instructions of the coach, driver, or designated staff member at all times.
3.2. Life jackets must be worn while participating in wakeboarding, wake surfing, skiing, knee boarding or tubing.
3.3. Participants must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations before the session.
3.4. Alcohol consumption is not permitted before or during the session for safety reasons.

4. Equipment & Damage Liability

4.1. All necessary wakeboarding, wake surfing, and safety equipment is provided.
4.2. Participants are responsible for any damage caused to equipment due to negligence or misuse.

5. Media Release & Content Use

5.1. By participating in any Hunter Wake Co session, you agree that photos and videos may be taken during your experience.
5.2. You grant Hunter Wake Co a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute this media for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and advertising.
5.3. If you do not consent to media use, you must inform Hunter Wake Co in writing before your session.

6. Liability Waiver

6.1. By booking a session, participants acknowledge that wakeboarding and watersports carry inherent risks.
6.2. Hunter Wake Co is not liable for injuries, loss of property, or damages occurring during participation
6.3. Participants agree to waive all rights to legal action against Hunter Wake Co for injuries or accidents that occur while using our services.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be handled within NSW jurisdiction.
